The weather has not supported the observing in near past. So I decided to build the observatory

again..

Aloitin tekemällä vanerista renkaan.

I began the job by making a plywood ring.

Tein siihen päälle laudasta kääntökehän

On the ring, I made a wooden turning circle.

Laakereina on Rajamäen Autopalvelun lahjoittamia jakohihnan kiristyspyöriä.

The bearings are timing belts tensioning rolls, gotten from Rajamäki Car Service.

Kääntökehän päälle tein rimoista rungon, jonka päällystin alumiini levyillä.

On the turning circle, I made a frame, which I covered with sheet aluminium.

Tein kahdeksan seinäelementtiä ja kokosin niistä observatorion alaosan. Yksi elementti sisältää

oven. Pystytyksen jälkeen pyysin kääntökehää siirtymään kahdeksankulmion päälle.

I made eight wall elements and put them together lower part of the observatory. After the

erection, I asked the turning circle to climb on the octagon.
